Please note, that due to the sheer volume of emails/messages I'm receiving I might take longer to respond. Also, if you are inquiring about a tracking number and there is no real urgency in receiving one I would like to kindly ask you to wait for at least 14 working days before asking for the tracking number. To date, not a single parcel was ever lost and any delays at the courier's depot or customs control are beyond our control, so we just have to be a bit patient. :)
